Governance
The College is governed by a Council whose members are appointed in consultation with the College by the Father Provincial of the Jesuit Order. In this way, the Council is responsible to the Provincial. Representatives are drawn from current and past parents, Jesuits and Old Scholars groups.
Responsibility for the leadership and mission of the College is vested in the Rector (Fr Paul Mullins SJ) who delegates the day to day administration of the College to the Headmaster (Fr Rob Davoren SJ), though the Rector retains direct responsibility in a number of areas.
The College Foundation is managed by a Board which delegates responsibility for administration to the Director of Development. The Foundation promotes the welfare of the College with particular regard to its physical resources and to maintain a series of scholarships to ensure wide access to the school and to ensure strong links between parent and Old Scholar groups and the school.
